"Go to Folder" not working

I have Yosemite and an unusual problem.

I select Finder....Go......Go to Folder.

All that appears is the top of the dialogue box with the following three lines. It is as if someone has cut off the remainder of the box.

I have to force quit to proceed.

/Library/Application Support/JavaW

/Library/Application Support/JavaW

/Library/Application Support/JavaW

Any ideas please.

Yes I have tried that MacinWin, still get the same result, just the top section of box or small window showing, ( not sure of actual terminology )
