I got the retina surgery done and cataract removed on one now. One to go but even then I'll still need help I think with system type text. I'm doing my part you would think Apple could do a little on their end.

I know it can be frustrating, but all in all, Apple does provide whatever it can for vision impaired users. Maybe they could do more. In any event, I hope the procedure on your other eye is successful and your vision improves. Let us know your progress.

I wouldn't hurt to send some feedback to Apple and if you're a member of any "sight" association, maybe they could send some as well. After all, they did have such a System wide options available with some previous OS versions.
