I am running safari browser right now. yesterday I installed ghostery app. later in day when on safari, I notice 10 in red ball up on my search bar. I clicked on it and saw the sites blocked.
today I was again on safari, and saw 6 in red ball....clicked on it and saw that some sites duplications of what I saw yesterday.
I see that I can whitelist some but have not done so yet!

do I need to do anything at all with this info?

Short answer, No. Let Ghostery do its job.

If you come across a site where it doesn't function properly, you can Whitelist it. In practice, this is rare. And as a BTW, no need to check up on all the tracking unless you are into that. Ghostery is happy working in the background:)

oh that is great to know...I don't need yet another thing to check up on.
