Getting an Error Message on Firefox

I have a Macbook Air running MacOS X version 10.7.5. WHen I open firefox I get this message "Synch has not been able to complete during the last 14 days. Please check your network settings. PS I posted this earlier without enough info. Thanks for the tips on posting better.

Do you actually use sync? Have you tried manually syncing? Are you signed into sync?

Do yourself a favor, install Xmarks add-on into Firefox.
Forget about Firefox Sync.

There's nothing wrong with Firefox Sync. Especially since the reworking of it months ago. I have it enabled on three computers and my Galaxy note 2. Works flawlessly. Bookmarks and passwords sync without issue.
