When I try to open GarageBand appears a message saying:
"Registry Error
Please ensure this product has been installed properly"
And GarageBand remains initialising forever.
How can I fix this?

What are you trying to do? It sounds like you're trying to run GarageBand in Windows?

This is probably one of the most confusing error messages that Apple provides, especially since OS X doesn't have a registry. That said, this error seems to be fairly common and appears to crop up when GarageBand was part of a migration to a new machine. Have you recently migrated to a new Mac?
