FS/FT: Compaq/HP Ipaq h1945

I have a HP iPAQ 1945 I want to sell it or trade for a 3rd or 4th gen Ipod. I will pay a little for cost difference. I eigther want a 20, 30, or 40 gig. I might even take a 15 gig for a strait over trade. iPod must have all accessories and be in perfect working order. That means it needs to keep a really good charge!!!

If you want to buy it I am asking around 180 and that would include shipping. It comes in the retail box and still has a warranty until January of 2005.
