FT: 20'' AL iMac for MacBook Pro.

I am creating this thread to see if there is any interest out there. I hate to do this and I am not 100% certain I will sell / trade my iMac, but I might consider it. I am pretty desperate for a portable. I have a blogging job offer, and I really need to have a portable because I leave for the city every weekend, so a portable is a must if I want to get this job.

The iMac is the higher end 20''. Released August of 07. I purchased in September of 07. So it's only a year old. Immaculate condition. This darling has been on my desk since I've bought it, smoke free, pet free, etc. Very sanitary area.

The specs

Sceen Size: 20'' widescreen - calibrated
Cpu : 2.4 ghz core 2 duo
Memory: 1.5 gig (I have 4 gig in it now, but I may keep it and put the 1.5 back in) (depends on offer)
HDD: 320gig
Optical: 8x Dual layer Superdrive
Etc. Need anymore info let me know.

Will come with retail box, AL keyboard, mighty mouse, remote. All paper work w/ packaging and discs.

To be honest, since it would be replacing this iMac. I would like to find a 17'' MacBook Pro if at all possible. I may consider a 15'' but we would have to talk about it. I am not interested in windows based computers, so please don't waste your and my time.

If you are new to the forums and you have a low post count and you want to do a trade I will require you to ship first. I have a very good reputation on this forum and other forums as well. I have done many deals here and I haven't had any problems with transactions. Normally I wouldn't outline this in a post, however, I do not want to risk loosing my iMac due to a shady trader.

If you have anything to offer please post and we'll see what we can do.

Unfortunately my area sucks, I have searched all over local craigslist postings and there is nothing to be had. More people are looking to trade PC's for them, or they are selling white iMacs.

I just posted a want ad and within a couple of days I got a person emailing me who wanted to trade his macbook pro. So I would try posting a WTT ad.
