I have one PC133 SODIMM 256MB
It is for a Power book G4, but I think it will work with other iBooks and power books. If in doubt we can look at mac mall and see if this will work with your system.
It is brand new, I opened the mylar package to test it in my power book, and it worked perfectly. My father upgraded his RAM when he bought his PB, mac mall still sent us the chip that was installed.
