Item Description: This MacBook Pro was protected since day one. I spent approximately $210 to protect it. (However, I am not asking for that back.) It is in mint condition. If you want, you can remove all the extra protection. I have touched the keyboard approximately 3 times with my bare fingers. Yes, it is practically brand new. You have the option to upgrade to the AppleCare Warranty now or you can wait until February 2012 to do so. This is perfect for the student or photo editor that don't want to lug around something larger than a 13" to school. (We all know how tacky that is.)
Is it still under warranty?
Yes. It is under warranty until March 5th, 2012. You also have the option to purchase AppleCare which extends your warranty until March 5th, 2014.
Note: You have to purchase AppleCare through Apple. It is not included in this price nor do I sell it.
What software is already installed on it?
It'll come with the latest Snow Leopard update.
Note: *The InvisibleShield that I currently have on it does not fit this particular model properly. It has been working quite well to keep the laptop from dings and dent, however it was designed for the previous generation unibody MacBooks. (The one with the removable battery door under the laptop.)
