Frustrated with images in email

Got rid of my AOL account and now I seem to have gotten rid of my ability to send .htm files in the composer window -- so that such images upon right up when rec'd.

Anyone know how to possibly do the same using the OSx mail program??

Why don't you just attach images onto the email? Also Mail supports sending email in rich text. I'm not sure if you can insert images, and also not sure how that will show up in other mail programs.
