Freehand 9 error under OS 10.4

I am new to mac and made upgrade to my friend mac from 0S 9 to 10.
When i am trying to running freehand 9 with classic imulation under OS 10.4 i got the following error:

"the file encountered an error while personalizing this product:
the file containing the registration information is stored on a local disk or directory.
registration information can be updated only if the file can be modeified"

I must mention that under 0S 9.2 freehand is running perfectly.
Someone can help?

10.4 doesn't have classic emulation. Your old copy of Freehand will probably no longer work.

I do have classic 9 emulation under 10.4 and all the old application works except FH.
And even the current copy of FH works fine on 10.4 brfore something went wrong (i installed 10.4 twice and also adobe package)
