I'm guessing he's referring to a way to back-up his DVD movies just in case they get scratched and ruined, which could be construed as wanting to steal DVDs that he rents from Blockbuster/Netflix.
I'd like to know the answer to this myself as I've got some movies I'd like to rip to my iPod.
You know DVDs, right...Well, I want to rip them, yeah? But...for free...
Ah, noes. I don't wanna be stealin movies. This is what I want to do it for. STORY TIMES KIDDIES. YAAAYY!!!
I went to Apple Summer Camp and made a movie there, and they gave me it on a DVD. But...I don't want it on a DVD. What if a secret agent man eats it? So, I want to rip it. Not like the way you rip paper, because that won't do any good at all! OH YOU SILLY PERSON.
I tried MacTheRipper but I must be foolish because it wouldn't work.
