This thing is awesome. I regret selling it, but I don't need it anymore. This thing is a FireWire capture card in a sense. It has S-Video in/out, composite in/out, co-ax in/out and obviously firewire in/out. This studio works wonders. You can capture live tv with this or record a movie. It's basicly like using your Mac as a Tivo, just minus the monthly fees! You can use all sorts of programs to record from it. You can even broadcast over iChat - it picks it up like a webcam.
