Font Duplicate Error.

Hello Dears.
I installed some Fonts into my /library/fonts but when InDesign open, It show me an error about some fonts like "Arial Regular", I used iMac Font tool for Resolve this Duplicate but Apple can't remove some Fonts with yellow mark!!! How can I solve this problem?

Take Arial Regular out of the folder you installed these fonts into?

I did it but problem not Solved. I used "Font Doctor" too and when I use this tool for Clean Font Caches, Problem Solved but After Turn off iMac, Problem back Again.
I used "sudo atsutil databases -remove" command in Safe mode too but problem exist!!!

Any idea?
