hi - I have been having a problem with Flash, in that it initially comes up as a small box with the word FLASH in it and when I double click the actual Flash segment comes up - what can I do to bypass this, i recently uploaded ClickToFlash 1.6b7 because I thought that would resolve, but maybe that is what started this - I am on latest safari 4.0.5 and snow leopard

You are witnessing the normal behavior of ClickToFlash.

The application is working as advertised :)

McBie is correct. ClickToFlash is designed to block Flash on purpose and thus, you are seeing it in action. If you don't want to block Flash, uninstall it.
