Flags In Menubar

I saw in the desktops thread that people had a flag in their menubar, how did you guys do this? Pretty cool I gotta say...

It's easy! Here's how you do it.

System Preferences> International

Go to Input Menu.

Check the box "Show input menu in menu bar". That should do it for you. The flag is tied to the keyboard input.

-International (Top Row, Second from the Right)
-Then Check "Show Input Menu in Menu Bar"

Not that I know on, it's based on your Keyboard Format so I highly doubt it.
