First time iPad-only on business trip

I'm on a business trip for first time with only iPad and iPhone, no laptop or extra camera. Works fine for me. Getting lots done with the iPad, note-taking and spreadsheeting. Only had to carry a small notebook bag instead of a heavy briefcase. Entertainment great for relaxing. More free wireless around than even two years ago. ICloud working great for mail, calendar, contacts, but of course not documents. Email working fine for documents. I've read lots of opinion that iPad is just a toy, but clearly not. More than a toy, less than a workhorse laptop.

I've stopped taking notebooks with me on trips entirely. The iPad does everything I need to do whilst I'm away, brilliantly.
