Hello,
In the Finder, the year of every file’s creation date & modified date have been mysteriously changed to “09”.
So when I look for (by its date) something that I haven’t touched in years, I can’t do it as everything is “09”. The day and month are not changed... Just the year. The same problem happens in Mail.

If I do a search with the parameters: “last modified date” is “within last” 4 “years” the results...along with the Get Info panel for an ’06 file, for example) are correct. But back in the Finder, it’s 09.

I must have something set wrong or something is corrupted. Not the end of the world, but very annoying.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

... or something is corrupted.

Maybe com.apple.finder.plist
I have Leopard. My plist files are in Users/MyUserName/Library/Preferences
Find that file and move it to the Desktop
Restart
Better?
