Hey all,
I'm having some baffling issues with file/ printer sharing. We have a networked printer that is shared through my iMac, which suddenly stopped working. When I investigated further, all file sharing on the network has gone wonky.
Any remedy that's available online I've tried:
Cables - check
Restarts all around - check
Toggling sharing off/ on - check
Removing and re-adding printer? - check
All the machines are recognized on the network, but when you try to connect, it times out with an error saying the server may not exist or is unavailable. The only exception is that the iMac can connect to the MacBook Pro, but not in reverse.
The machines:
iMac running 10.9.5
Macbook Pro running 10.13.6
Macbook Air running 12.2.1
As I mentioned, it was running with no issues until yesterday.
Help!!
