Extreme killed Express

OK... A catchy title But...

I have been running an AirPort Express now for about a year on AirTunes.. Works great - sounds great...

However the other day I switched my home network over to a spanking new AirPort Extreme (wanted to get my Wii & DS on line). In this process the Express station appeared to have been swallowed up and I have no more AirTunes or AirTune Speakers to choose from iTunes _ I can not even find the device anymore with AirPort Utility.

I have an idea that might work to get tunes to your home stereo. I have just switched over to an IMAC from pc and could not run my 4speaker Logitec system. I was looking around Radioshack(the Source in Canada) and found this USB to mini jack adapter
It works through your USB port so is there any reason it wouldn't work thru the USB prt on the Airport Extreme? Im also thinking of getting an airport extreme or an express so any feedback would be nice to hear.
