extreme hard drive automount?

can someone tell me how to get my external hard drive connected to my extreme to automount when i connect to the network? it did this automatically when i set it up the first time but i had to do a hard reset and now it does not show as mounted in my finder and i have to go to network and self mount it.

I second this question. My Mac stays connected to the AirDisk even when it comes out of sleep, but from a shut down, it won't automatically connect.
