.exe to .dmg?

Is there any way to convert an .exe to a .dmg?

They are two entirely different things. The first is an executable file, and the latter is a "container" structure for files.

Short answer: no.

If you want to run some programs that are in .exe form, you will need to install Windows on your Mac.

Short answer: no.

If you want to run some programs that are in .exe form, you will need to install Windows on your Mac.

roflol - better watch it - last time I said that, had a youngster that just heard about Crossover 5 days before try and teach me a lesson ;D

Doh! Yeah, that's true. Crossover is another option for running (some) .exe files on your Mac. Thanks for the reminder.
