Error while download Yosemite

Hello,
I have MacBook Pro 15' Retina with Mavericks. I want to upgrade it to Yosemite , but during the download an error message appears that download has failed. What is the reason for that and how to fix this bug?

There are a lot of reasons it could fail. It is a huge file and if your connection failed in some way or your computer went to sleep during the download...the list is endless.

To start it over you can just go back to the app store and in the main featured tab just type Yosemite in the search box and start it over. Don't go to the Purchase tab where it will show it failed. I had the beta fail and finally after months it finally showed a resume button.
