After I do a Time Machine backup to USB Extern HD, with no TM reported Error, if I run Disk Utility First Aid
it reports an error 65 on the drive. Apple said "We've seen that." macOS Big Sur 11.4. Error on both MBP M1,
and Intel powered MBP also on macOS Big Sur 11.4. Error or new TM with APFS means Forget moving to
larger external drive. In hopes backups are valid. Any Ideas what I should do now?

I get the same error on my external hard drive formatted to APFS that I use for Time Machine. However, there is nothing wrong with the drive. The way to avoid that error is to reformat the drive to HFS+ instead of APFS.

If backing up is worrying you, we advise making a backup with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper in addition to Time Machine.
