10.4, OS X Tiger? Really? Sorry to say that you're likely not going to find specific drivers for it. Epson has macOS drivers here and requires 10.6 as a minimum.

The sad part Patrick... is that the Epson Work Force printers are still supported in Windows, even Windows 10. This site claims to have Mac drivers for the WF 2010 but doesn't say which version of OS X they support.

Yes chscag, very sad and often true sand I've never really understood why.

And I really don't understand why any Mac OS X version should screwup any printer from working properly as basically the "drivers" are just computer language files sending some text type descriptions for what the user wants to do and then send the data to the printer to print the info sent to it. Not any special magic that I know of.

Gheese, we can even still print to our old networked HP 4ML Mac serial AppleTalk only Laserjet printer from any Mac or iDevice as long as it's connected to a running Mac and via an AsanteTalk adapter and running OS X 5.x or lower as AppleTalk is required.

And I believe I used an old version of HandyPrint to basically turn it into an "airprint wireless" printer.

Say, how about this I found which seems pretty close to the same model!!!

"Epson WorkForce WF-2010W Driver Download Windows, Mac, Linux

Epson WorkForce WF-2010W driver is an application to control Epson WorkForce WF-2010W all in one printer. The driver work on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP. Also on Mac OS X 10.12 (MacOS Sierra), El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion, Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard and Linux deb or rpm. You need to install a driver to use on computer or mobiles. For more information about this driver you can read more from epson official website
."

I'd sure give it a try. ;D

An odd thing when I goto the Epson UK site and enter Epson WF-2010, it takes me to a site for the Epson WorkForce WF-7515.
Maybe that's their alternate driver?????

The link I provided above is for the Work Force 2010W all in one. It should work for his printer as there really is no difference except for the "all in one".

Yes it is chscag, but I couldn't find any Mac OS compatibility info other than:
"Operating System(s): Mac OS X"

That's a bit too generalized to me by hey, worth a try. Why not???
And I didn't bother to download it and check the date or anything etc.

Say, I just took another look at Apple's kb article and it shows the Epson WF-2010 as supported:
Epson WF-2010
https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201465

Maybe it will be showing in the Software Update or App Store Updates for the OP, but that article was last updated Dec 2016???

EDIT:
My opps and silly brain, I just checked to see the OP was looking for a driver for OS 10.4!!! Stupid me, I was thinking they were after one for the latest macOS. :( :(

Anyway, it looks like what they need is available via:
https://www.epson.co.uk/products/printers/inkjet-printers/microbusiness/workforce-wf-2010w

For OS 10.4.x it will no doubt entail a manual install.
