We are having a few problems with Entourage 2004 using MS Exchange to deliver mail running on OSX 10.4.
The problem we are having is that the users email account seems to duplicate all folders so they get 2 Inbox, 2 Outbox, 2 Sent Items etc etc. This is annoying but the most worrying part is that ALL of their emails are deleted completely. This has happend twice on 3 different Macs now and i'm not sure what the problem is. My first thought was that there could be a problem with Exchange but we cannot see any problems and none of our PC users have this problem.
Has anyone experienced this problem before??
