Entourage folder view

Despite my best efforts to find the answer in Help, I am now asking other Entourage users, is there a way to globally change the folder view.

I want each folder to show TO, FROM, SUBJECT, RECEIVED, SENT.
To date I have been altering each one as I set it up.

Is there a global setting for the layout view.
