My ole emac is going real slooow and lots of beach balls. I would like to empty cache and repair permissions etc. to see if that won't help.
Where do I go to empty cache? I'm on a eMac 10.2.4
Thanks....

ok... I don't want to screw anything up here. Once in the cache folder... there's all sorts of stuff in there. One of them being my firefox folder. What exactly do I trash? Or not trash in that cache folder?

If you are running Mac OS X Jaguar 10.2.4, I wouldn't delete anything manually. That version of Mac OS X was pretty finicky. Try to find a utility like OnyX that is compatible with 10.2.x and use it instead. You'll get better and safer results.
