Hey guys so i'm on here reading the boards and i put my arms down to the left and right side of my Case and so it's next to my elbows and both sides and every couple of minutes i get shocked. Can anyone tell me what is up with this and if i should call up apple with my Applecare and be like what is going on?

electric shock

i have exactly the same problem, current leaking out of both near corners of my six-month-old MBP when it is on a/c (not when on battery, for some reason). this doesn't seem to have affected the functioning of the laptop as yet, but is troubling. assume that if there are two of us there must be a lot more out there, at least one of whom have (i hope) found a solution which they can share.

since my last posting to you earlier this morning, i've gone down further in this thread and suggest you read the answers to ecastillo's posting on 6.5.08 "macbook pro - electric shock". at least some things to check before taking the thing back to apple.
