Ejecting SD cards

Drag the SD card icon from the Desktop to the Trash Can which will change to the Eject icon. Or, open Finder and click on the eject button next to the SD card's name..

Just drag the SD card icon to the trash….or single click on the SD card icon…then "File menu"…then "Move to Trash".
There are always multiple ways of doing thing on a Mac!
Also…many Mac input devices can do a right-click.

All Mac input devices can do right-click.. at least any made in the last ohhhh 15 years or so
You just have to configure it in System Preferences
otherwise, you can always hold down control, and click.. same-same.

Same as Windows. Right click as Dysfunction states, or drag to the Trash to unmount. Don't simply unplug s they may become ceriously corrupted.
