That's an inaccurate listing.

"Your bid is for the item described in the auction only. "

The seller gave all the specs, and the specs were wrong, I believe the seller should accept that and take it back (you'll probably still get hit w/ the restocking fee). To give the specs AND expect the bidder to do their own research is asking a bit much. In addition, I couldn't find any comments stating that their info had to be verified.

Good luck settling the dispute. My advice for future HD upgrades, wait until a decent drive gets a rebate at Circuit City or CompUSA (etc) and buy from a physical store, or go through an online retailer.

I sort of agree. It seems that 80% of what i see on ebay is too good to be true. if it's so good, why are they selling it? Well good luck dude!

Yeah I don't buy anything tech from ebay.. every single time I did, I got screwed.. so I don't anymore.
