DVD for TV

I have almost no clue what I'm doing. I have hundreds of photos that I'd like to put on disc that can be viewed on TV.

I have a 450Mhz G4 Cube running 10.2.8 with 384Mb RAM. I bought a LaCie dvd+/-rw drive. I burned a test disc using iPhoto, but when I put it in my DVD player I get the message to "Please Check Disc".

I found some software that does this VCD thing and tried that but get the same message in the player.

Anyone out there have a suggestion? Am I going to have to wait until I upgrade to a faster computer so I can use iDVD? Is is possible to burn either CDs or DVDs that will play on the TV?

Thanks much

Try out the DVDPictureShow demo to see if that is what you are looking for. I use that and it works great.

iDVD only works with Apple's own Superdrives

I use iMovie and Toast 6, to make my DVDs.
