Does the reciver recive my emails?

hey everyone.
I know that outlook has a function that allows you to get a message back when the reciver has recived your email. You can even make get one back when reciver has opened your email.

are these functions also possible in Mail?
and if they are.... how do i activate them?

i appriciate your help.
it's just that i really dosent like using terminal :-(
i appriciate the link but if i understand it correctly it just makes a reciver request at every email.. and i only want that for those emails i choose.
hehe hate to be a troublesome.. but if anyone has any other suggestions to what i could do i would really appriciate it
