disk repair question

I have g5 imacs ,I don't think so. Anyone else, is this serious I ran disk repair as routine maintenance then I verified, for the heck of it and got this (after disk repair said everything was alright)

Not sure what it means to be honest. Boot from the System CD/DVD that came with it and run the Disc program from it.

to me it looks like a temp file is or is reporting the wrong size that it is so needs repairing, IMO its nothing to worry about just delete all the temp files and see if that solves the problem

now my logitech mouse is not working I needed to
get the apple mouse hooked up in order to get things going. Something funny is going on, I had to restart from the back button and a weird noise followed KIND OF A LOUD LONG BEEEEEEEP! I Never heard that before.
