disable usb and burning cd via software ?

hi, did anyone knows how to disable usb and burning rom with software / application in mac pro ?
i try to use tinker tool and tweak freak, but i did not find function to run this problem ( above )

put sticky tape over the drive and USB ports
But seriously, I'm not sure if such applications exist. You'd probably be messing around with things that shouldn't be messed with.
Any particular reason for wanting to disable these functions?
