Did I update?

MacBook Pro Retina 15. I updated OS-X with the latest update, but when I click Apple -> About This Mac, it says 10.10.2 and I think it should say 10.10.3. Yes, I did restart.

OS X 10.10.3 is not due to be released yet (probably next month along with the new Photos app). What you downloaded was the new security update - 2015 - 003 which required a restart. Be sure to read the new threads in our "Security Awareness" forum. There's a thread there which notifies you when a new security update is available from the App Store.

No - the latest version is 10.10.2.

Really, folks need to start actually reading what the update is prior to just clicking the install button.
