Custom Printer Driver

I am trying to create a custom printer drivers package. I can get the .exe to the computer through Patch Manager but I cannot get it to require any user input and still map the printer. I have the IP of the printer but I can't get it to not go through the normal driver setup like what happens when you run the exe locally.

Has everyone found a way to do this? The printer is a Dell 2375DFW.
