Custom painted iBooks and upgrades

If anyone is interested in a custom painted iBook, send me an PM. I have a 600mhz G3 w/ combo drive that I'm thinking about painting and listing on ebay or selling over the forum. Ebay takes such a large percentage of sales that I'd prefer to sell through a forum. Also, I can do hard drive upgrades, etc on older ibooks.

For what different paint schemes look like, check out my gallery:

You don't happen to be a member of the Neo forums are you? I just remember somebody selling a KB GP32 on there and it looks atleast similar to yours. The KB iBook looks AWESOME. If I had an ibook...I would be in line.

Yeah, I'm on the neo forum. If you go to the gallery link above or click here. I have my friend's Kill Bill custom iBook pictured. It has two black stripes, yellow paint scheme and a little red smeared across it. Plus it has the Kill Bill Apple logo in the center. It was definitely the most fun iBook I painted.

I really dig the paint jobs, especially the blue. How much do you charge?

The bleed on the stripes from the KB iBook was unintentional - but I kind of liked it since it looks a little messy. I charge about $125 including return shipping for the iBooks and I only do "ice" style iBooks. I could do an opaque one, but I don't like the feeling of a spray painted surface. The blue one was for an ebay sale a few weeks ago. I'm going to be really busy for the holidays, so I probably won't be painting any until January.
