Cracked/damaged hard drive?

Hi, about 4 days ago my friend dropped my bag which had my macbook in it. Don't have a cover or carry bag for it and I have today tried to use the internet, it is running as slow as anything. Normal pages I go on now take minutes to load, like 3 or 4, when on my phone's WiFi hotspot, when they would only take seconds before hand. I bought credit this morning so it isn't that

Is there any physical damage (like a cracked screen) and do other apps function or is the problem only w/ the internet? Regardless, you likely should have an Apple store or a qualified reseller/repair shop take a look at your computer. Dave
