Continuous Loop Video Recording

I'm looking for an app that will utilize a webcam to do a continuous loop recording. Something like in a security camera or driving camera where you can set it to a certain interval like 5 minutes and as it gets past 5 minutes it start recording over the old video. I have found an app for the phone but looking for it for a webcam.

I have an iPhone app called "Car Camera DVR" that does the trick but I am hoping to use a webcam.
