I can verify this issue, with many, many repeating instances with the same Airport crash log details. I'm the Mac technician at a college in the UK and we took delivery of 37 new 24" i5 iMacs over summer, all running Lion. Every single one of them has been crashing every 5 minutes for the last week or so when Airport is turned on, (seemingly since I ran the 10.7.2 update on them, but I can't confirm that this is totally accurate). Some are them are even crashing during the .kext load at startup and not making it as far as the login screen. I've tried replacing the IO80211Family.kext file with the one from Snow Leopard (after hearing of success with this method in another forum where the same issue has been reported), but to no avail. We're now stuck without any wireless connection in the Games Design classroom. The only workaround I can find is to boot into safe mode and delete the wi-fi network option from the Network Settings pane, then restart. After 7 years in this job and 15 years using Macs, I've never had so many problems with any OS in my life as I've had with Lion....
