Completely removing an Apple ID from MBA

I have two Apple ID's, one of which is obsolete - as in: I don't use it anymore. In the App store and iTuines, I am signed in with my new AppleID. However, whenever I want to install an update (Yosemite, iWorks etc) I am prompted to enter the password for the obsolete Apple ID. The ID field is pre-filled in and cannot be changed.

My old ID is not set up anywhere on my MBA. iCloud, iTunes and the Appstore all have my new ID.

I have logged in with my old ID in iTunes to de-authorize the MBA, which was succesful. I then logged in again with my new ID and authorized the MBA to that account.

How do I get rid of the Appstore coming up with the old ID? Any ideas?

You might want to give Apple customer service a call about that. Also see the following Apple support document about changing an Apple ID.
