Earlier today I placed an order. I received absolutely no communication from the shopper. Not even a message to say the order was completed and delivered. I had my phone with me the entire time.
When I checked the app I saw it was delivered but it wasn’t outside my door. Very unusual for Shipt.
The customer service agent said it was delivered but that the shopper couldn’t find me. I hope whoever finds where she left the groceries gets to them before the ice cream melts.

My questions
- are the shoppers the ones who generate all the messages or are some automatic?
- should I be able to see any messages in the app as well as on my phone?
