commericials in safari

Hello, anyone knows how to eliminate some annoying commercials in Safari?
I have AdBlock but it's not sufficient,
by the time I click on something, new web pages are created about commercials especially the Mackeeper one is the problem, ...
thanks for your help

ps I have a macbook with Mavericks
