Combining multiple disk recordings?

I finally bought a 60gb iPod and am now in the process of adding all the music that I could not fit on my iPod Mini. I have a great deal of multple disk sets that I want to copy to the iPod. Is there a way to do this so that the entire set appears as one album, rather than having each disk appear as a single album?
