Before i start this isn't intended as a 'which browser is better' thread, after alot of experimentation i like safari and want to stick with it.

My question is: In firefox there's a feature that when you close a window with lots of tabs it asks if you want to close all the tabs. It's great cos you don't lose loads of open tabs by mistake. But is there anyway to do this in Safari. It sucks when i close the wrong wndow and lose some fundamental tabs.

Otherwise Safari satisfies my needs, just need this one niggle sorted.

not that i have found. i usually use command+W to close a tab and shift+command+right or left to browse tabs when needed. be careful though cause the W is close to the Q and you can hit it by mistake. if you do lose a tab, you can easily get back to it by hitting command+T for a new tab and then going to history and finding the place that you were at.

I don't know, I find this to be a rather weak argument for FireFox. Don't get me wrong, I love both and use then both. However I only use Safari on my Mac and FireFox on my PC. I've found Safari to preform better for me on the Mac.
