Clean desktop at each login

Is there a way to set up OSX so that each user gets a clean version of OSX - with no files saved to the desktop? I basically want each new user to have a fresh version of OSX on their desktop when they boot-up. I don't want to see all kinds of saved files and all from previous users.

Use the guest account - nothing is saved and is just like a brand new user every time it's opened.
