changeing themes with shapeshifter

I was getting bored of the normal mac theme so i decided to check out how to change the theme so i found shapeshifter and a theme called "cold".

after i installed the theme i noticed that it pretty much only worked when i was in finder and then in any other window it would switch back to the regular mac theme.

does this mean that the theme creator has to develope support for every application for it to work or am i doing something wrong

i have dual monitors would this be a problem?

any help is appreciated.

In order for the theme to take effect, all applications need to be restarted. Log out and back in and everything should have the theme applied
