The best is to do mods on a copy of LucidaGrande.dfont, and just copy/paste new symbols in the same slots as in LG.</p><p>I used free font called Sansation, replaced all the symbols from Sansation to LucidaGrande in FontLab Studio, made a new dfont using Generate Suitcase option, named it LucidaGrande.dfont and replaced the existing one in system folders.
