There are two ways:</p><p>1. via the Applications folder, since the MacOS treats SysPrefs as an application.</p><p>2. via the Dock - but you need to have dragged the SysPrefs icon from the Applications folder to the dock, where it acts as an alias of SysPrefs.</p><p></p><p>Check your Applications folder first to see if System Preferences is there. It may have inadvertently been shifted or, or worst scenario, accidentally deleted (unlikely). Use Spotlight (top right corner of desktop) as well to search for the SysPrefs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
